On October 26, the 2021 China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition opened in Qingdao. Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. made an amazing appearance with 12 smart innovative products, covering intelligent agricultural machinery, high-horsepower tractors, high-end agricultural machinery and tools, orderly seedling-throwing machine, grain harvesting machinery, orchard machinery, straw baling machine, and showed the overall solution of smart agriculture and smart agricultural product -- Zoomlion digital rice, which was widely concerned by the participants.

In the past two years, Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. has increased investment in scientific and technological innovation, and achieved a lot in the field of high-end tractors. In this exhibition, it has launched three new tractors. The CL2404 tractor is fully electro-hydraulic controlled and equipped with CVT to achieve automatic shift and power reversing. The PS1804 tractor adopts interval power shift to achieve continuous power, which can be reversed and shifted without stepping on clutch, and especially suitable for mounting baling machine and other tools for operation.RV1104 tractor is specially designed for operating in wet and paddy fields, which features super high ground clearance, extremely light body, and excellent sealing and waterproof performance is superior.

It can reduce loss in machinery harvest, which is an important guarantee of grain yield and harvest. In this regard, Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. actively carries out the verification and promotion of artificial intelligence harvester. Through highly sensitive and high-precision sensors and low time-delay and electro-hydraulic automatic control technology, the harvester has more mature visual perception and deep learning ability, realizing "intelligent perception, self-adaptation and self-learning". In addition, the walking system, threshing and cleaning system and other components of the TK90 wheat harvester and PL60 rice harvester have been comprehensively upgrade for high efficiency, clean harvesting and lowered loss rate.

To solve the problem of slow manual picking efficiency of orchards, Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. has specially developed a high-end environmental-protection fruit harvesting equipment for standard orchards, which is widely used in picking apples, pears, citrus, oranges and other spherical fruits. The product is available in diesel power or lithium battery power, which is equipped with two picking stations (one in the left and another one in the right) and four long and short picking arms, for picking by 4-6 persons, which a picking capacity of 1-2 tons per hour, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of fruit harvesting.

In this exhibition, Zoomlion Agriculture Machinery Co., Ltd. also showed the overall solution of intelligent agriculture. At present, Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. has taken the lead in realizing full-process digital and standardized rice planting in China, actively building big-data-driven smart farms, and carrying out demonstration and promotion of about 40,000 mu in Hunan, Anhui and other places. The farm takes digital farmland as a unit, implements comprehensive digital information collection of "sky, air, ground, human and agricultural machinery", and establishes a big data platform. Through the application of Internet of Things and other technologies, farmers can receive agricultural service information in real time, realize data linkage, generate operation guidance plan, and lay a solid foundation for unmanned agricultural operation in the future. At the exhibition, the newly harvested digital rice of Zoomlion Smart Farm was warmly welcomed by the visitors. The freshly cooked rice was fragrant and sweet, and received high praise.
