Responsibilities:
1. Have the sugarcane harvester service experience and construction machinery service experience.
2. Must be a mechanical,hydraulic,electrical combination of professional.
3. Have engine mechanical service experience
4. Supervise and assist the distributors to establish and improve the service system, provides the necessary management, training and support to distributors, comprehensively improve the after-sales service ability of distributors.
5. Assist Kazakhstan country manager to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs,to improve customer satisfaction of the end user.
6. Requires a good knowledge of Zoomlion products and services, provide comprehensive service support for Zoomlion agricultural machinery products, including sugarcane machine, tractor, rice machine, etc.
7. Collect market service information and service reports as required by Zoomlion headquarters.
8. Establish Data Base of Product list for all dealer in Kazakhstan Teritorry.
9. Create a data Of Maintenance & Unit Repair record
10. Conduct a delivery inspection of Customer Product
11. Create Part List Data Base, for maintenance parts & Reusable Parts
12. Monitoring warranty process, warranty statement & monitoring warranty time.
13. Handle a Maintenance & repair presentation, & give training to all of Our Dealer In Kazakhstan
Qualification
1) Diploma degree or Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2) Good customer communication and computer skills, English preferred;
3) With more than 3 years service experience in manufacturing industry, heavy Equipment Dealer, or Agriculture machinery dealer, with experience of sugarcane harvester product service support is preferred.
4) Age: 22-45 is preferred.
