On January 5th, Mao Weiming, the Deputy Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Governor of the province, visited Changde City to conduct on-site research on the production of frontline workshops of enterprises including Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery, a subsidiary of  Zoomlion. He aimed to understand the development of the companies. Mao Weiming emphasized the need to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, focusing on economic construction as the central work and high-quality development as the primary task, integrating high-quality development and high level of security, striving to achieve a stable and positive start in the first quarter.

Vice Governor Li Jianzhong and Secretary-General of the Provincial Government Qu Hai accompanied the visit, along with Zoomlion's Chairman and CEO, Zhang Chunxin, the executive team of Zoomlion.

In the beginning of the new year, Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery are putting in full efforts to achieve a strong start in the first quarter.  Ma Weiming emphasizes that the agricultural machinery industry has great potential in the vast field of agriculture and rural areas. It is necessary to focus on the entire industry chain of agricultural machinery and make efforts to improve the local matching rate of products. Furthermore, efforts should be made to accelerate the development of service-oriented manufacturing industry, promote the transition from "selling products" to "selling services," move towards the high-end of the value chain, and win added value.
