(Senior )Sales Representative

Responsibilities
1. Process orders via email or phone
2. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
3. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
4. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
5. Maintain and update sales and customer records
6. Develop monthly sales reports
7. Communicate important feedback from customers internally
8. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
9. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
10. Cooperate with Head Office to confirm data & information
11. Prepare database of product
12. Update Information from Head office
13. Prepare Quotation & collect PO from Customer
14. Making data base of transaction, for amount & product model, & specification.
15. Prepare data to supporting transaction with distributor

Qualification
1) Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring administration, or others
2) With rich combine harvester sales experience
3) Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
4) Understanding of sales performance metrics
5) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
6) A team player with high level of dedication
7) Ability to work under strict deadlines
8) Good Communication (speak & write) in English is a must
9) Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
