On October 6 local time, SOMMET DE L'ÉLEVAGE, one of Europe's leading trade fairs for livestock and agricultural industries, officially opened in Clermont-Ferrand, France. ZOOMLION made its debut at the event with a range of premium agricultural machinery products certified for the European market. Showcasing its latest achievements in intelligent and green agricultural machinery technologies, the company is accelerating its expansion into the Western European agricultural machinery market and demonstrating the technological strength of Chinese agricultural machinery brands to customers and industry professionals from around the world.


As a flagship exhibition for France's livestock and agricultural sectors, SOMMET DE L'ÉLEVAGE attracts industry professionals from nearly 100 countries worldwide, serving as an important trade platform for companies seeking to expand into the European market. Making its first appearance at the exhibition, ZOOMLION presented a range of tractors tailored to European agricultural needs, including hybrid and power-shuttle models. With power outputs ranging from 75 to 350 horsepower, the lineup is designed to meet the diverse requirements of large-scale farming operations across Western Europe.


Among the highlights, ZOOMLION's 350-horsepower hybrid tractor was nominated in two categories — High Power and Sustainable — for the 2027 European Tractor of the Year awards. It is also the first Chinese high-horsepower tractor to receive nominations in this prestigious European competition, marking significant recognition of China's capabilities in high-end agricultural machinery by the European industry.


As a flagship product showcasing ZOOMLION's hybrid technology, the tractor features a modular continuously variable transmission (CVT) system, reducing the number of mechanical transmission components by approximately 70%. It combines powerful performance for heavy-duty operations with fuel efficiency and lower carbon emissions, making it well suited to the demands of large-scale farming operations in Europe.


Pierre, a local French customer who experienced the tractor firsthand at the exhibition, commented: "I had previously heard about the rapid development of China's agricultural machinery industry. After personally test-driving the DV3504, I was deeply impressed by its powerful performance and exceptionally quiet cab. I very much look forward to introducing this hybrid model to the local market."
