Boasting advanced design and state-of-the-art quality, 2-ZG-6D1 (G61) rice transplanter is a dual-purpose machine, which can transplant both pot seedlings and blanket seedlings. It is a good helper for planting rice.
G61 is constructed reasonably. When transplanting, it will not damage the pot body. After the transplanting is completed, no recovery or reseeding is required, and the planted seedlings have many tillers, well-developed root system and are lodging resistant.
Among the comparable products, G61 has the lightest weight, the maximum operation convenience and the best reliability.
Yanmar diesel engine and all-gear drive structure are adopted, providing small power loss and convenient maintenance.
The electronic automatic balancing mechanism is provided as standard to ensure consistent transplanting depth even when the seedling field is uneven.
The plant spacing can be easily adjusted to meet different agronomic requirements.
The unique pot seedling delivery control system contributes to accurate seedling picking during transplanting without damaging the pot body and root system, which is not available in other similar transplanters.
Pot seedling transplanting is very mature and contributes to significant yield increase. Compared with ordinary flat plate transplanting, it can increase the yield by 8-15%.
