Zoomlion Unveils Brand New Sugarcane Mechanized Operation Solutions at Thailand’s AGRITECHNICA Exhibition

Local time on May 20, AGRITECHNICA Asia grandly opened in Bangkok, Thailand. As a leading international exhibition for crop production and smart agriculture in Southeast Asia, the event gathered over a hundred global exhibitors and tens of thousands of professional visitors. Zoomlion showcased its C600 sugarcane combine harvester and a range of core agricultural machinery equipment, leading the full process mechanization upgrading of Southeast Asia’s sugarcane industry with robust product performance and cutting edge intelligent technologies.

Zoomlion showcased its C600 sugarcane combine harvester and a range of core agricultural machinery equipment, leading the full process mechanization upgrading of Southeast Asia’s sugarcane industry with robust product performance and cutting edge intelligent technologies.

At the exhibition, Zoomlion launched its brand new C600 sugarcane combine harvester. Equipped with the Z Pilot intelligent management system and integrating cutting edge technologies such as unmanned driving and intelligent scheduling, the model enables high efficiency integrated operations including sugarcane harvesting, conveying, defoliation and cleaning, significantly reducing labor costs while improving harvesting efficiency and operation quality. It is tailored to Thailand’s sugarcane planting density and terrain characteristics. As a new generation sugarcane harvester developed by Zoomlion, the C600 features a lightweight design. Its dual motor conveying channel with front and rear rollers effectively avoids blockages, with a 65% increase in endurance.


To meet local demand for dry farm agricultural machinery in Thailand, Zoomlion also displayed medium and low horsepower tractors including the PG2004, RS1604 and RN1104 (110–200 horsepower) and matching implements at the show, forming a full process mechanized solution for sugarcane covering harvesting and tillage to satisfy sugar farmers’ whole cycle production needs from deep ploughing to sugarcane harvesting.


Beyond product displays, Zoomlion highlighted its localized service system in Thailand to visiting customers. Backed by this system, Zoomlion can rapidly respond to customer demands for equipment commissioning, maintenance and upkeep, eliminating operational concerns for clients. During the exhibition, negotiations with potential customers were vigorous, and several sugar mills and agents reached preliminary cooperation intentions, laying a solid foundation for subsequent order implementation.
