On January 19th, Zoomlion's first 400 - horsepower hybrid tractor, the DV4004, was officially rolled off the production line in Kaifeng, Henan, bringing a more efficient, intelligent, and green solution to global agricultural production.

The key technologies and core components of the DV4004 hybrid tractor are independently developed by Zoomlion. It is equipped with the industry - first MiDD intelligent hybrid system, which defines new standards for hybrid tractors in terms of operating performance and technical indicators. This product features outstanding performance, greenness, and high efficiency. Through the application of distributed motor direct - drive and power - coupling technologies, its traction force reaches 145 kN, and its heavy - load operating speed reaches 12 km/h, enabling full coverage of operating conditions. Its traction fuel consumption is as low as 23.25 L/ha, saving about 8% or more compared with full - power - shift models of the same horsepower range. The noise in the cab is as low as 79 dB, providing a more comfortable driving experience for the operator. It is widely applicable to operations such as tillage and sowing in large - area fields.
