Zoomlion orchard operation platform features the first groups of advanced multi-functional picking machines industry-leading in China. It is widely used in standard picking operations for apples, pears and other spherical fruits. With advanced technology and reliable performance, it effectively reduces labor load, and greatly improves fruit picking efficiency and harvest quality.

Lithium battery power available, these machines travel with wheel rim CVT, max speed up to 15km/h. While each machine needs 4-6 workers for picking operation, its picking capacity is around 1-2 tons/h.

With front-wheel and four-wheel steering mode switchable, its minimum steering radius is less than 3 meters, while capable of driving and turning around in orchard freely.

The frame is longitudinally adjustable at 8 degrees and laterally adjustable at 6, keeping the fruit frame level even on the sloping ground , ensuring the whole operation safety and reducing the fruit loss.

4 long and short picking arms help pickers to put fruits of different heights onto the conveyor belt and automatically collect fruit into the box.

The picking arm is able to hover at any position, facilitating fruit picking and placing.

The conveyor arm speed is steplessly adjustable as per the orchard fruit yield.

The fruit box rotates evenly while the fruit is being conveyed from the conveyor belt to the fruit box so as to avoid fruit accumulation.

Fruit box pulls to unloading fork after fully loaded, and unloads onto the ground via hydraulic box unloading system.

CANBUS communication available for intelligent monitoring, diagnosing and alarming of system failure.
