The young fellow, an engineer, went overseas on business for the first time in April 2021. After a day and a night of sailing, he finally came to this beautiful island. Looking at trees and sugarcane everywhere in Dominica and experiencing the customer's enthusiasm, he felt relaxed a lot, relieved the fatigue of long-distance, and looked forward to the work and life in future.
He saw our sugarcane machine on the second day after arriving. At that time, the motor bearing here was damaged by the transfer truck, and the driver felt guilty about his mistake, as this was the second time the sugarcane machine collided with the transfer truck. However, his frequent errors meant it's not just his fault. He asked what happened. It turned out that when turning, the transfer truck was always on the left side of the sugarcane machine. Because it was a blind spot in the line of sight, collisions happened frequently. To avoid such accidents, the engineer recorded the improvement suggestions on site ----- adding cameras in that place.
After harvesting for a period of time, the machinery was subjected to high-temperature hydraulic oil. He checked the oil circuit of hydraulic oil, and then cleaned up the radiator. Although the high temperature has been controlled temporarily, it happened again after the machinery run for a period of time. The cooling fan was tested and the wind was normal, but the problem remained. Then he began to check the cooling system. When measuring the voltage, he found that the cooling fan valve coil fell off; the machinery could run normally after the coil was installed in place. Looking at the fields of sugarcane harvested and the smiles of farmers, he felt that the work was full of significance with an unspeakable sense of achievement.
To safely deliver the first rice machine and tractor to the user in Dominica, the engineer first re-assembled and checked the machinery, and filled in the inspection report of the new machinery. When delivering the machinery to the user, he checked it according to the standard delivery inspection report and training report of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., and trained the new user on maintenance, operation and basic structure introduction. After that, he completed the test of the new machinery, and the excellent features and performance of the machinery made the user give us a "thumbs up".
A new batch of accessories arrived in Dominica. However, since the agent had no experience in agricultural machinery before, it knew nothing about the machinery. We can take this opportunity to assist new agents to set up their accessories management system, and train the agents on the basic product structure and function. According to the product atlas and the actual accessories, we introduced the position and function of each accessory on the machine, and then the engineer of the agent translated the name of each accessory into Spanish. Although the workload was heavy, agents' cognition of the products was improved greatly after a few days, and these accessories were successfully entered into their system. The agents also had greater confidence in selling our agricultural machinery.
